Late Pass Bookstore retailed exclusively pre-k to post-graduate professional test preparation workbooks and offered individual and large group academic tutorial services on-site, ranging from pre-k to post-graduate studies. After our dissolution at the end of 2009, LatePass.Com restructured their partnership and then re-incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in the State of New Jersey in 2010 and continued to operate its online operation in New York City.
