Cancellation Policy
Absolutely No Cancellation or Refund for the following reasons:

Did not meet the exam qualifications.

Books arrived few days before or after the exam date.

I ordered the Wrong Practice Workbook. (Please email us with all questions, before committing to a purchase.) (Absolutely No Exceptions)

Changed your mind on taking the exam.
Only the following conditions will cancellation be granted:

Item on backorder (means not available for 7 business days)

10 or more copies of the same exam title, within 7 business days of receiving it and less than 14 business days prior to exam.

All orders placed between Friday 5pm EST and Monday 12pm EST. (Customer must email us at (sales@latepass.com ) and phone notification at (1-866-321-0494) for cancellation before 12pm on Monday of the same weekend item was purchased). (Absolutely No Exceptions)

Orders placed between Monday12 pm through Friday 12am that have not been processed can be considered for cancellation. (Most items (95%) are processed within 3 hours of purchase.) (Absolutely No Exceptions)
